Cancellation & Refund Policy

I do not offer refunds on “website done in a day” intensives, workshops, website wellness checks or coaching services. It is to your benefit to decide before purchasing your package and committing to work with me that I am the right person for you. If you’re in, you need to be 100% in, just as I will be for you.

Should you need to reschedule a coaching session or workshop, you may do so by providing 24 hours notice in advance of your session and making up the session within a week of the originally scheduled date. Sessions not cancelled 24 hours in advance will not be eligible for make-ups.

Should you need to reschedule a website intensive day you may do so by providing a minimum of 7 days notice in advance of your session and making up the session within 90 days of your original deposit payment. If you fail to request a new date at least 7 days prior to your booked appointment, the deposit will be forfeited, and the intensive will be terminated. Please see the full payment terms in your proposal and agreement document when you book your day.

For the 1 Hour WordPress Coaching, you have a total maximum of 30 days from date of purchase to complete the session before the session expires.

For the 3 x 1 Hour WordPress Coaching Package, you have a total maximum of 3 months from date of purchase to complete the sessions before the sessions expire.

For the 5 x 1 Hour WordPress Coaching Package, you have a total maximum of 6 months from date of purchase to complete the sessions before the sessions expire.

For Monthly Coaching Calls, you can book 1 session per calendar month. Monthly Calls do not rollover.

The Website Workshop is designed to be completed in 1-2 weeks. You have a total maximum of 30 days from date of purchase to complete your first session before the sessions expire. You will then have another 30 days, from the date of your first session, to complete your second session before the second session expires.

If you miss the scheduled time no refund or replacement call will be given.

Because we all know things can happen and not everything goes to plan if something prevents you from completing or attending your sessions or intensive please get in touch as soon as possible so I can find the best solution.

Likewise, if for some reason I am not able to attend a scheduled session or intensive I will endeavour to give you as much notice as possible and you will be able to reschedule.
